We all grew up eating on fancy restaurants or known fastfood restaurants and they always serves us those fried chickens with gravy and serves chicken barbecue with a different kind of heavenly sauce..Sorry for the exaggerism..but the sauce served with chicken barbecues is definitely more enticing than those aarrrghhh gravy over and over again….don’t they really get tired of that ridiculous gravy ..they should give it a try…and hey don’t hate me for writing this…it was just my opinion…I love gravy and all that browwwnn looks-like-foo sauce but I just wanna try a different twist to what has been a habit. agree?

kung Pinoy ka..malamang mapagkamalan mo din ang lalagyan ng banana chips na ito na lalagyan ng vulcaseal..yung panlagay sa bubong o kaya lagayan ng sauce ng spaghetti haaha..kaya nung nilapag ni mama sa mesa to..hindi namin pinansin ng kapatid ko..akala namin vulcaseal pero pagbukas ko banana chips pala haha agawan kme e..dito lng ata sa Pilipinas may ganto kasarap na banana chips..sarrrraappp! like it?

Snack Box Yipee! I don’t really eat a lot on fastfoods and restaurants without companions but thanks to my dear friend Krixh and her sister Krizel who went strolling with me at the mall and..I got to taste again my favorite snack box..Filled with crispy fries..& juicy and tender fun shots of chicken! Waaaahhh KFC is really a heaven in earth for me..I’m not into french fries and chicken barbecue but with all these savoury dishes.. YOu just might want to HAVE A TASTE OF HEAVEN! ;)

Licking time again, Folks! Actually I really have no idea what to call this one..It’s not an ice cream because it has a bit rough texture and it doesn’t melt so easily..Anyway, this one is flavored “CHOCOLATE TERIYAKI” A view from the top it resembles a small version of a Red Ribbon Black Forest Cake haha..Taste it! Try it! Its really a spoonful of happiness ;)) So you could smile like this “________” I really have no guts in making smileys ..;) Like it?

Did you know that potato plants were carried to space “or out of earth’s surface ” on the year 1995 by the spaceshuttle COLUMBIA. Imagine if they were given the name “astropotato” hahahhaha…eeewww it sucks! Haha..I would still love to call it. My dear FRENCH FRIES! Cooked in oil and drained to have that crispy and juicy taste. The Filipinos love to have a “sawsawan” or any kind of sauce..like soy sauce,vinegar,chili sauce with peppers..and sometimes a combination of all of these. Like this dish,it’s meat with a hint of kalamansi to produce a taste that makes you go Oooh-ooh-ooohh! Because of it’s sour taste.. like it?
Permalink CARBONARA ITALYA ALA PINOY STYLE!Carbonara is a dish made up usually of bacon,cheese,eggs,and of course—pasta. The Filipinos adopted this food and made their own versions. One of this version I remember is consists of evaporated milk,eggs and pasta. But ever wondered where the term ‘carbonara’ originated from? They say it comes from an Italian term for charcoal workers.Because in early Roman times,carbonara is a favorite of charcoal workers. Ironic,isn’t it?  a sossy food like the carbonara comes from a term that is associated with poor people and charcoal is black & carbonara is white.

It may n0t be outstanding but when Pin0y cooks laid their hands on these meats ,you’ll definitely say,..IT’S DEFINITELY A BREED APART! Isn’t it :) ?
Permalink CAFEy CHOCOLATEy! Chocolate coffee is one of the main attraction in a restaurant somewhere in Tagaytay in the Philippines. Kuha ko ito way back two years ago pa. Kapag talaga masarap ang pagkain,mahirap makalimutan. Here are some trivias I’ve prepared for u: ~Naniniwala ang mga Aztecs na ang chocolate ay may ingredient na PHENYLETHYLAMINE (PEA),isang substance na nakakapagstimulate ng reaction sa katawan katulad kapag INLOVE KA.So therefore,meron pala talagang scientific basis yung kwento na mahilig sa chocolate ang mga BROKENHEARTED HEHE.~Sa Japan,na pinakamalakas na consumer ng coffee,naliligo sila sa COFFEE GROUNDS NA FERMENTED WITH PINEAPPLE PULP. Nakakareduce daw ito ng wrinkles.hmm kakacurious no :)?
